This contract is required for the provision of security, key holding and alarm activation call-out Services at:

Southfields Offices - Loughborough

Daytime security for the Department of Works and Pensions (DWP) and council advisors areas in Southfields main reception.

Evening security for Charnwood Borough Council at Southfields main reception.

Key Holding and alarm activation call-outs.

The Oak Business Centre - Sileby, key holding and alarm activation call-outs

The Ark Business Centre - Loughborough, key holding and alarm activation call-outs.

Woodgate Chambers - Loughborough, key holding and alarm activation call-outs.

The contract duration will be for a period of four years commencing on the 27th October 2020 to 26th October 2024.
