Description
City of Wolverhampton Council are seeking external professional consultancy services to develop a partner led strategic framework for achieving Net Zero across the city by 2041. Including an action plan which highlights the business case and co-benefits of each action and its contribution to the strategic challenges and objectives of the Council and city, along with an established governance arrangement, based on best practice for partnership working across the city.
