Description
Haxby Town Council invites tenders for the grass cutting in the town of Haxby for three years, commencing on 1 April 2025. Tenders should be sent to the above address. Please mark the envelope with "Grass cutting".
Tenders should quote prices (exclusive of VAT) for one cut of each area - as set out in the schedule.
The frequency of the cuts is to be fortnightly during the growing season (with some extra cuts for the football pitches) with the last cut being at the end of October of the beginning of November, dependent on weather conditions. This may be varied for special reasons as required by Haxby Town Council. All clippings to be left on the ground.
From time to time, additional areas may be designated for a 'once only' cut or as an extension of the schedule.
