Description

Birmingham Adult Education Service requires a supplier for the provision of Job Market Analyst Information Software.

This contract will be for a period of 1 year commencing 1/07/2018 until 30/06/2019.

Analyst software, which offers us information on the local, regional or national economy, enabling us to identify where our current provision is meeting demand and where there are gaps. The software must detail job postings, skills, titles, occupations, programs, businesses, industries, and demographics.
Needs
• Identify areas of growth and decline in our local area, to help align and develop curriculum
• A means to market our curriculum with employment and wage data that links our courses to local employment opportunities, to support CEIAG, marketing and recruitment activities
• Ability to identify local skills gaps.
• Full hosting
• Access to data for our local region(s) with national data as a comparison
• Curriculum planning module allowing BAES to upload ILR data for curriculum audit
• Staff training and ongoing support required
• Job Postings Analytics
• Input-output model to run 'what if' scenarios in our region
