Description

You are invited to submit a bid for the renewal of Maintenance of Diabeta 3 System Support, Licences and Trust Integration Links.

The contract will commence on the dates, outlined in the Pricing Schedule in the attached specification, and run from 01/04/2020 - 31/03/2021 for one year (with an optional 12-Month Extension).

Hywel Dda University Health Board is offering a tender opportunity for suppliers to bid for the provision of the Licences & Support for the following products:

. Diabeta3 Diabetes Management System (Glangwili Hospital, Carmarthen)

The Contractor will provide telephone support service on Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays.

Access to an online portal will be required to be made available for support call logging by Authorised Users 24/7, and a dedicated email address will be required.
