Description

The Employer (WDH) has appointed a consulted to provide Professional Multi-Disciplinary Services related to Asset Management of properties owned/managed by employer. Multi Disciplinary Services covering disciplines of Employer agent, quantity surveyor, Architectures Services, Mechanical and electrical (M&E), Structural & Civil engineering, Building & Stock Condition surveyor, Party wall surveyor, Principal Designer and Lift surveys, audit & Inspections.

The contract period is for 24months from 15th March 2024 to 14th March 2026 with 2 further extension(s) possible of 12 months duration, Therefore a maximum contract period of 48 months up to 14th March 2028 based on satisfactory performance and benchmarking.
