Description

NHS North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group, on behalf of NHS England - Midlands and East (East) (NHS Commissioning Board), hereby invites suitably qualified service providers to submit Quotes for the provision of primary medical services to homeless patients and patients who have been referred onto the Special Allocation Scheme (SAS) due to actual or threatened violence or aggression in the north east Essex area.

The Contract will run for an initial 2 years commencing on the 1.2.2018. There is an option to extend the contract for 24 months.
The annual contract value is up to £62,000.
