Description
Royal Borough of Greenwich (RBG) invites tenders for a contractor to provide event services for an It's Time (It's Time) Recovery Festival Programme. It's Time will be a series of leisure, learning and cultural offers and events during the months of August and September 2020 to be held across the borough. It has been designed to provide resident offers to help kick-start and boost local business and tourism and as a way to say a big thank you to all of its frontline workers and local communities who have come together to help and support each other during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis.
RBG has been working with Visit Greenwich and the South East London Chamber of Commerce to ensure it can bring its residents back to embracing local business in a safe and secure environment.
The contract will be for one (1) year with the option to extend for a further one (1) year. Please read the additional details further information section below for more details with regard the bid process.
