Holmes 2 Application User. Procured via Direct Award via CCS G Cloud 14 Framework.
HOLMES - Home Office large major enquiry system is currently used by CoLP and supplied by Unisys via G-Cloud call off contract. This is a national system used by all Police forces and contract negotiations for 2025-2029 have been negotiated on behalf of all forces by Police Scotland. The system is used by CoLP to manage serious and complex crime investigations. It gives senior officers a real-time view of live operations to help them decide how to best use police resources. It improves collaboration across forces and other agencies during investigations, helping them find previously hidden links between cases.
