Description

This project and subsequent tender process is for the Cat B fit out of a new office facility for our Guildford office. The new office will be fitted out to Cat A standard, and is approximately 3,300 square feet. The new office will be located in the ground floor of East Gate Court Guildford; the current Guildford office for Historic England is located within the same building on the 2nd floor.

We require the fit out to be completed so that relocation to the new office can take place in August/September 2017.

At the end of the project we will require a complete Operation and Maintenance manual post fit out and relocation as part of the hand over package

Completed pre-qualification documentation PAS91 Core and Supplementary Questions must be submitted by 15:00 on 25th May 2017 ( other documentation attached is for information only at this stage).
