Sussex and Surrey Police (S&SP) aims to replace their existing ITSM tool with a commercial, off the shelf product that will support the authorities Target Operating Model (TOM) strategy. The objective is to improve efficiency of critical service management operations, aligning multiple teams, introducing new functionality and levels of automation to improve the customer and user experience.
This tender opportunity will be run as a two-stage process as detailed below.'
Stage One: Will enable all suppliers to respond to the Company questionnaire and technical questionnaire based around the requirement with appropriate detail, Combined with pricing for your proposed solution. All Tenderers submitting a response in stage one will be notified in writing of their stage one score as well as their ranking position. The top 5 ranked suppliers will be invited to stage two.
Stage Two: Understanding Buyers Needs Demonstrations. Will consists of the top 5 rank supplier after stage one evaluations being invited to a scored virtual demonstration via Microsoft Teams. To demonstrate their proposed solution based around scenarios/agenda put forward by the Authority. Scoring will also be combined with a Best and Final Offer (BAFO) on pricing.
