The Employer is looking to secure the services of Consultant(s) to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement accessible to the Employer, but also to other contracting bodies, including Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and the West Midlands Combined Authority (in which case each such authority would enter into its own framework agreement with the Consultant(s) on the same terms and conditions as the Framework Agreement), for the supply of rail consultancy in respect to support to rail based projects.
