Description

Wolverhampton City Council has secured Green House Gas - Local Authority Delivery (LAD2) funding from BEIS to improve the energy efficiency of a minimum of 25 privately owned domestic properties by the end of March 2022, and have appointed a Contractor to carry out a programme of whole-house retrofits using a fabric first approach to install energy efficiency measures (excluding fossil fuels) to improve the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP)/Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for a number of domestic properties located within the city.
