Description

Liverpool City Council is seeking to appoint an experienced organisation (or partnership) to analyse, review and develop an options appraisal on the front door to homelessness services in Liverpool, including the council's Housing Options Service (HOS).

The purpose of this review is to develop the best possible option(s) to modernise, simplify and enhance the way homeless people access the council's statutory Housing Options Service and other homeless services to enable increased prevention of homelessness or when homelessness does occur to provide solutions quickly.
