Description
Lancashire County Council is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT to secure a multi-lotted framework agreement for the provision of grocery, soft drink and frozen food products into the county council's appointed distributor, Ralph Livesey Limited, whose distribution hub address is:

Deliveries of the products supplied will then be made by Ralph Livesey Ltd to over 500 units county-wide. The majority of these units are educational establishments (Primary and High Schools / Colleges)
The duration of the Framework Agreement for both lots will be for an initial period of 2 years, with the option to extend for any given period up to maximum of a further 24 months.
The framework is split into 10 separate lots:
-Lot 1: Bread Mixes, Gluten Free Cookie / Muffin Mixes and Organic Flour, Pasta and Rice Products
-Lot 2: Tinned Tuna
-Lot 3: Baked Beans
-Lot 4: Chopped Tomatoes and Tomato Puree
-Lot 5: Butter and Cooking Spreads
-Lot 6: Frozen White Fish Products
-Lot 7: Frozen Potato and Vegetable Products
-Lot 8: Soft Drinks and Confectionery
-Lot 9: Groceries and Non-Food Kitchen Appliances
-Lot 10: Frozen Food Products
Tenderers must have the capability to deliver all products listed in the relevant lot into the appointed distributor at the frequency requested in the tender documentation.
The successful supplier MUST be willing to work with the appointed distributor, or any replacement distributor, that is contracted by the Authority throughout the duration of the framework agreement.
