Description
The Council require a Contractor to supply either new or refurbished1100 litre or 660 litre bins as requested by the Council, as well as the provision of a service to refurbish the Council's current stock of mainly 1100 litre bins. There will be occasions where there will be the requirement to supply or refurbish 1040 litre or 1280 litre bins.
