Description

This commission is seeking to understand, communicate and improve the economic impact of Connecting Oxford and the Zero Emission Zone (ZEZ). This will be based on an initial Economic Narrative and then an iterative process of engagement, measurement and analysis which will inform the schemes' development. This commission is therefore structured in relation to the key milestones of the ZEZ (up to the public consultation in summer 2021) and Connecting Oxford (up to the conclusion of the Outline Business Case - OBC - in spring 2022). For Connecting Oxford, this commission will form a key part of the OBC, particularly the Economic and Strategic Cases.
