Award contract notice for Hydrological Assessment of Flood Events 2019-2020 Package is commissioned as a single piece of work. The purpose of the Inception Stage is as follows:

- Define and quantify the analysis that will be carried out at Main Stage;
- Determine broadly how the proposed analysis should be undertaken i.e. provide guideline methodologies;
- Develop reporting templates for use at Main Stage; and
- Develop detailed Main Stage scopes for all Environment Agency Areas.
