Description
Leicester City Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to prepare an economic study which will form an important strand of their land acquisition strategy, and provide an evidenced case to support a probable compulsory purchase order (CPO) within Leicester's Waterside Regeneration Area. This will need to include a baseline study of the economic performance and social impact of Waterside as a whole and then a more detailed report of the smaller CPO area. Please ensure all submissions are processed via Due North and returned before 12:00noon on Monday 8th June 2015.
