Description

The recruitment team is looking to expand its recruitment from India. It's currently to get a representative for recruitment-related activities.

Attend virtual and face-to-face education fairs 

Interact with students, parents, and agents daily 

Drive recruitment in agent offices across the country 

Visit high schools and meet students and counsellors 

Visit and train partners 

Meet offer holders 

Train counsellors on courses/ entry requirements/ scholarships/ visa processes etc. 

Identify and engage with potential and existing partners (universities, test prep centres etc) 

Organise face-to-face and virtual academic visits to schools, colleges, and fairs 

Build and nurture an Alumni network 

Plan social media activities to engage with students directly 

Create and host webinars 

Work with the conversion team on pre-departure virtual activities 

Follow up with prospects and applicants as well as answering individual queries 

Work closely with the admissions teams 



What will be expected from the post holder regularly:

Be a great team player and help out others in the international team when need be (i.e. cover virtual events, call applicants etc)

Work closely with the International Recruitment Manager to establish the school and agents strategy for the academic year, including trips and budgets (Sept 2022)

Work closely with the International Recruitment manager to establish the yearly Marketing plan (Sept 2022), including events, marketing campaigns and budgets

Update our CRM with every prospect, applicant, school, and agent interaction and make sure all contacts are up to date at all times

Help build our team quarterly agent and school newsletters

Be in regular touch with our applicants over the phone and by email (conversion)



Participate in regular weekly team meetings when not travelling

Be proactive and creative with free/low cost marketing ideas to increase brand awareness

Follow monthly objectives and produce a monthly report of the work undertaken within deadlines given

Reach their 2023 targets: 20*UG + 30*PG
