Description
SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to provide an independent options appraisal Ermine Street which is a housing company that is owned by SCDC.
This objective of this assignment is to help SCDC to determine the future strategy and plans for Ermine Street. SCDC therefore needs the consultancy to review the available options and to analyse the costs and benefits or dis-benefits as part of the consultancy's analysis.
