Description

The Devon Transforming Care Partnership invite you to attend a market engagement event on 23rd January 2019 9:30am - 4:30pm (with lunch provided).

This is an exciting opportunity to learn more about the support requirements for a number of substantial packages of care for individuals with Learning Disability and/or Autism and behaviours that challenge, who are returning to Devon, Plymouth and Torbay in the next 12 months. Commissioners are keen to meet with providers who are interested and committed to working collaboratively with commissioners, health and social care teams and other providers in order to support delivery of the Transforming Care Programme.
