Description

Q-PCR also known as quantitative polymerase chain reaction is a lab technique based on PCR. It monitors the amplification of a targeted DNA molecule or gene during the PCR (in real time). The machine will be used to carry out a wide variety of experiments within the research of the Gow group and the other groups of the CMM such as the quantification and genotyping of pathogens
