The process is open until 25th August but any bids that had not submitted an expression of interest, Code of Conduct and Certificate of Non Collusion by the period stated in the procurement documents will mean that these bids will not be compatible with the process set out in the Code of Conduct (which is a requirement of the 2016 National Broadband Scheme state aid decision).
