Description
Historic England are seeking to engage an experienced master-planning consultant and sub-consultant team to carry out a comprehensive review of the opportunities and constraints presented by the Fort Cumberland site to secure its future regeneration and re-use. The aim of this commission is to establish a demand led (either by internal or external demand), commercially viable and deliverable masterplan for the site.
