Description

Birmingham City Council (the Council) seeks to invite suitably experienced and qualified media agencies/organisation for Inform Women Transform Lives work ( to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing campaign to raise awareness of Gender-Based Violence, encourage women to use relevant services and visit the website (delivery for a duration of 12 months).

The aims of the campaign are to:
o catalyse women and civil society to seek information, emphasising the key messages of the core ethos of informing women transforms lives.
o Through a digital media campaign, with the production of a series of videos highlight the early signs of gender-based abuse - the media agency will support Birmingham City Council in the development and delivery of an action plan of work and a marketing and communications plan.

The campaign aims to raise awareness of Gender-Based Violence, encouraging women to use sign-posted services and visit the dedicated website. The schedule of work is to be completed by March 2024. A formative evaluation will be required by the end of September 2023 and final report once the schedule of work is completed in March 2024.

The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
