This section provides you with background information for suppliers on the tender for the provision of a Leadership Foundation Coaching and Mentoring Framework which is being led by the Authority.
The Lots will consist of the following:
• Lot 1 - Individual and Group Coaching and Mentoring
• Lot 2 - Building in-house Coaching and Mentoring capability
TfL requires a contract to be put in place for 3 years; TfL is conducting a competitive tender for this contract for duration of 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 1 year. The Framework will have 1 supplier per Lot.
