Tender Advert
Housing and support services for young people for 18 months from 1st April 2019 to 30th September 2020.
Lots:-
Accommodation-based Services for Young People
1. Up to 65 units for young men and women in a scheme based or core and cluster model offering low to medium support 9:00 to 5:00, with 24 hour cover such as a concierge.(max budget up to £355,800)
2. Up to 55 units in scheme based settings. We are looking for two services of around 25 -30 units for young men and women, offering medium to high support with 24hour staff cover (sleep-in or waking cover). (max budget up to £898,200)
3. 14 units in a scheme based or core and cluster setting offering medium to high support with 24hour sleep-in cover for young women, some of whom will have babies/toddlers. (max budget up to £242,200)
4. 13 units in a scheme based or core and cluster setting offering medium to high support with 24hour sleep-in cover for young women who have experienced sexual abuse. Some of the young women will have babies/young children (max budget up to £232,300)
The landlord must be a suitably experienced Registered Housing Provider (RP) and the accommodation must be in Sheffield.
Accommodation may be shared, must be of good quality, with communal space and office space on site or within walking distance.
Accommodation needs to be available from the start of the contracts (1 April 2019) to completion (30 September 2020). Bids should provide details of the accommodation available,

Lot 5 Mediation
Full mediation support for young people and their families for up to 12 weeks. Mediation interviews and targeted mediation support in addition to this (max budget up to £44,250 to support 45 young people April 2019 - September 2020).
Lot 6 Supported Lodgings
6 units of supported lodgings for young people, including care leavers, with the option to spot purchase additional placements. (Max budget up to £57,600 April 2019 - Sept 2020 plus spot purchase price)
Lot 7 Floating Support
88 units of support for young men and women, couples and families offering low to medium support to young people in their own homes or moving in to their new homes (max budget up to £439,700).
