Description

Arun District Council, the Client, has engaged Willmott Dixon under the Southern Construction Framework Pre-Construction Services Agreement, to design and develop a contract sum for a £18m new build leisure centre to be constructed on Mewsbrook Park, off Sea Road, behind the existing Littlehampton Swimming Centre.

The Client wishes to appoint a Supervisor under each of the contracts listed in Appendix 1 - Scope of Services to work with their appointed Project Manager, Clarkson Alliance, to perform the services listed within attached Appendix 2 - Schedule of Services.

Appointment of the Supervisor will be made under the NEC3 Professional Services Short Contract, April 2013 (Appendix 3).
