Description
Sheffield City Council's Major Events Team promotes several annual major events in the city and parks. These events require trade stands and catering concessions to attend the events to provide an enjoyable experience for its customers and income to balance the events budget. The Major Events Team are inviting quotes for a supplier to attract the catering and trade stands to the events, to manage those people at the event and organise the payments between the supplier and the council. Scope The contract will specifically relate to the following events. The details of each event are in appendix 1 • Highland Fling • Weston May Fayre • Cliffhanger • The Fringe At Tramlines • Sheffield Fayre • Art in the Garden • Out of this World (catering and outdoor trade only) • Christmas Lights Switch On It will be for 2022, 2023 & 2024. If new major events are created within this period, it will also automatically be included in the contract.
