Description

The Co-producing Health Equity project is a jointly funded project by Blackpool Council, Blackpool Teaching Hospital, Blackpool Place Based Partnership (PBP) and Lancashire and South Cumbria Foundation Trust. The project is a collaboration with VCSFE partners, hosted by Blackpool Council for an initial 12 months aimed at co-producing solutions to complex systems issues and to embed a consistent model of co-production across Blackpool.
