Description

Luton Borough Council is looking to engage with a Provider who will quote to effectively manage the Holding Accounts for our Direct Payment Customers. This facility will support Direct Payment customers from Adults and Children's and include a range of client groups, such as; Learning Disability, Mental Health, Individuals living with Dementia, Sensory impairment's and those with complex needs and challenging behaviour. The Provider will be responsible for managing the individuals Direct Payments, ensuring all transactions are completed in a timely and appropriate way. The Provider will be required to work closely with the Local Authority to support and safeguard all customers.
