Description

The provision of Quantity Surveyor services for the redevelopment of Berners Street. Estimated project value £1.25-£2.25 million construction value.
Berners House is located on Berners Street, in Fitzrovia. It is a eight-storey building including basement and ground floors which are partially linked with a premises on Wells Mews to the west. It has a Net Internal Area of 19,605ft2 . The proposed refurbishment and reconfiguration works are likely to include:
* Overhaul and redesign of the main entrance and reception
* Lift Replacement
*Betterment to tenant facilities on the lower ground floor
* Upgrade of building services
