Description

Quotation for Grove Lane Housing Regeneration

Sandwell Council is seeking to appoint a Property Consultancy with multi-disciplinary input to co-ordinate various work streams that will lead to the production of a Delivery Plan for new residential development in the Grove Lane Area of Smethwick. The work will be spread over three separate phases with the option of a potential fourth phase, dependent upon funding and suitability to complete.

The commission will involve project managing the various work packages detailed below, the sub-contracting of work to appropriately experienced specialists and reporting back to the council on completed work streams and the final Delivery Strategy for the new housing development project.

The estimated contract value will be £70,000.00 and the contract will be for 4 ½ months from 16 October 2017 to 09 February 2018. However, this information is intended to assist with the preparation of your bid. The Council does not bind itself to this or any other figure and is not a guarantee of business which may be generated from this contract.
