Description

Pre-procurement Market Engagement for Call Monitoring and Emergency Responder Service
Since November 2001 the Council has outsourced its alarm call monitoring service to external organisations for the provision of 24hr support for older and vulnerable people.
Following a review of how the current service is delivered the Council is now

The Council has decided to review how the current service is delivered and is now seeking input from the market to ensure that the service being delivered reflects the needs of our current service users and provides value for money.
This service will seek to improve independence for older and vulnerable people. The main areas of focus should include, but are not limited to:
o delivering a call monitoring service
o providing emergency response
o monitoring of various assistive technology equipment
o signposting to relevant and local support organisations

Organisations interested in taking part in the Pre-procurement Market Engagement can register on the portal www.supplyhertfordshire.uk to download the Summary of Service description and the simple questionnaire document which should be returned via the Supply Hertfordshire portal by 12 noon on 7 January 2022.
Clarification questions can be sent via the portal up to 4pm on 31 December 2021.
