Description

The City invites Quotations for the provision of a Fusion Hub website.

The City has a Family of Schools and a wider education network across London. It also supports a range of cultural organisations in the Square Mile and beyond including Culture Mile Learning, a partnership of over 30 cultural partners offering learning opportunities across London. It is also a provider of adult education and apprenticeships and has long-standing networks and partnerships with employer organisations across the UK and globally. In these roles, the City provides, supports and promotes a range of learning opportunities for young and adult learners offered by its schools, cultural and industry partners. The purpose of the Fusion Hub website is to feature and collate these learning opportunities (e.g. events, resources, courses, etc.) for learners and educators to easily find and access. The Fusion Hub will be a space for partners to list their opportunities, curate them with other similar opportunities, and make them easily searchable; educators and learners will then be able to find the opportunities most relevant to them. The website will have technical functionality including: ability to list, search, user profiles, creation of 'playlists', tagging, recommendations, social media sharing, data analytics, and others. The full specification is included within the pack of RFQ documents . The Fusion Hub will be a dynamic environment and an online one-stop-shop for learning opportunities provided by the City and its core partners across education, culture and employment.

The City are looking to procure a service with a maximum budget of £40k to develop a website ready to go live in February 2021.
