Description
The ExtraCare Charitable Trust is procuring three Frameworks for the provision of Development Consultancy Services. These will cover Architectural Services, Employers Agent/QS Services and Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy Services. The EA/QS services requirement includes Clerk of Works, Principal Designer and Party Wall Surveyor elements, which can either be provided from in-house expertise of through sub-consultant arrangements but must be delivered as a single seamless service.

ExtraCare Village projects are significant developments with an extended design, planning & construction period. ExtraCare wishes to benefit from the expertise and learning gained in working on these projects, so as to be able to select the same professional advisors to work on a follow-on scheme or schemes, once the learning is completed.
