Description

This is a Prior Information Notice for a UK Research and Innovation requirement. UKRI is seeking to commission an independent process to evaluate the impact of Driving the Electric Revolution, an Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund Wave 3 Challenge (hereafter referred to as "the Challenge"). The Challenge will be running a range of benefits management activities targeting beneficiaries of the Challenge's funding, which can be used to support the wider reach expected from this evaluation activity. This will include direct beneficiaries as well as those not directly involved in the Challenge's activities.

The role of the successful evaluation partner will be to undertake an independent benefits evaluation. We therefore invite prospective evaluation partners to join a pre-procurement market engagement event to gain insight into the evaluation requirements before the tender goes live.

The route to market will be CCS Research Marketplace DPS. Please refer to attachment 'CR20093 - Pre-Market Engagement Presentation' for more information. A market engagement event will be held on Monday, 28th September 2020 starting at 09:30, via Zoom. This will provide an opportunity for potential providers to find out more about the aims of the project and the procurement process. Providers wishing to attend need to RSVP by 15:00, Friday, 25th September 2020 - stating their name, title, email. This information should be sent to the following email address: Research@uksbs.co.uk

Please ensure that the subject heading for the email is as follows: 'CR20093 - Driving the Electric Revolution. It is anticipated that the tender documentation will be released in mid October 2020.
