The Marine Litter team at Cefas require to purchase a single ATR- FTIR as part of the CLIP project in South Africa. To ensure the delivery of the tasks listed for this project including, the creation of a microplastic laboratory for the South African Environmental Observation Network (SAEON), an affordable and portable ATR-FTIR is therefore required for the identification of plastics in environmental samples.
