Description

Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Contracting Authority, intends to put in place a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Demand Management & Renewables solutions as described below.

Products and services available under this agreement will include but are not limited to
Solar PV
Heat Pumps
Heat Network Design
Battery Storage
Building Retrofit
Building Management Systems
LED lighting and other building retrofit services
CNZ/Sustainability Consultancy

Further market and customer engagement will decide the full scope of products and services available and it is envisaged this will be an enabler of carbon reduction that will help government meet its Net Zero ambitions and targets.

The values in 11.1.5 is an indicative value over 4 years and for guidance purposes only. The exact details of the contractual arrangements are to be determined.

Lotting structure and scope of services are provisional and subject to change following customer and supplier engagement.

This DPS remains open for any supplier to request to participate throughout its duration. CCS reserves the right to reduce, extend or terminate the DPS period at any time during its lifetime in accordance with the terms set out in the DPS agreement.
