Description
This contract is for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of an At Line Automated Particles Sizing Apparatus, including packing, shipping, delivery and training of users. The supply of consumables / spare and replacement parts is also to be included in the scope of this contract.
The successful bidder will need to demonstrate that they can provide a device that combines at line automated measurement of particle size together with off line operation to provide both particle size and zeta potential measurements. In at line mode, the device will automatically sample a flowing liquid stream, dilute (if necessary)transfer sample to sizing device, measure size and size distribution, empty, wash and prepare for next sample. Particle size should be measured using the dynamic light scattering (DLS) principle providing a measurable size range of 5nm to 2microns. In off line operation the device should be able to measure both particles size and zeta potential.
