Description

The Contracting Authority is seeking contractors who wish to be considered to be invited to tender for inclusion in an Agreement for a Framework for Main Contractors, broken out into the following Lots:
Lot 1 - Main Contractor - Up to £2m project value
Lot 2 - Main Contractor - £1m or greater project value
The Authority is seeking to appoint up to 10 contractors with 5 contractors per lot in a 2-value lot structure under a framework arrangement based on the JCT 2016 framework agreement. Call-off contracts will be based on JCT 2016, NEC3, NEC4 or an appropriate form of contract as agreed, on both traditional and design and build basis. The framework will be used to procure works across all campuses of its estate for a period of 7 years from Early 2019, with an estimated total value of LSHTM capital projects over the life of the Framework of between £5,000,000 and £30,000,000 GBP.
These figures cannot in any circumstances be guaranteed and nor should they be taken as a minimum or maximum amount. Typical call-off contract values range from £250,000 - £10,000,000.
Please note that the framework is also open to the following local institutions: University of London, Royal Veterinary College, The School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) and Birkbeck, University of London. No business whatsoever is guaranteed for any of these institutions through this agreement.
