The National Infrastructure Commission (NIC) seeks to procure the expertise of Potential Providers with experience in delivering research projects in the following four areas:
1) Reducing Environmental Impacts (Budget capped at £50,000 excluding VAT)
2) Future Freight Demand Scenarios (Budget capped at £75,000.00 excluding VAT)
3) Value of Freight (Budget capped at £75,000.00 excluding VAT)
4)Managing Congestion (Budget capped at £80,000.00 excluding VAT)
