Description

As part of the EODIP initiative, the Authority and the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) are seeking a supplier for a project that will test innovative combinations of image and geospatial data processing methods to identify and detect change in land cover information as a scalable and repeatable business process that meets the RPA model of land cover and land use.
