Description

Award Notice - The development comprises of 6 units, 113 Charville Lane,Hayes,UB4 8PD, supporting up to 12 children. Each unit incorporates end user beds alongside staff accommodation (bedroom with an en-suite bathroom).

2 x No. 2-bed house (accommodation for 1 end user and 1 staff member),
2 x No. 3-bed house (accommodation for 2 end users and 1 staff member),
2 x No. 4-bed house (accommodation for 3 end users and 1 staff member).

The development also incorporates communal areas so recreational activities can be facilitated and there is an educational building where young people have access to PC's for homework and also if they are supported by the Virtual school.

There is also a communal Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) in addition to a private garden to each house.
