Description
South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced provider of the above Services.
A maximum budget of £20,000 is available for the provision of these Services, any bids received above this amount will not be considered
Service providers are required to:-
• Audit the current provision and provide a comprehensive gap analysis
• Benchmark like service provision delivery via similar organisations
• Consider and present alternative; fully costed delivery methodologies
• Make recommendations that are both affordable and available in the market place
• Provide a full specification and associated documentation for tendering purposes, along with presentation of a final report to SYPTE's Senior Management Team.
SYPTE's portfolio includes but is not limited to;
• Head Office Premises
• Transport Interchanges
• Park & Ride sites
• Mini Interchanges
• Satellite sites
• Rail sites
• 'On street' Infrastructure (bus stops, bus shelters and information totems)
These facilities are located throughout South Yorkshire.
SYPTE's Transport Interchanges currently experience footfall in excess of Seventeen million customers per annum.
The Contract is for 3 months (Feb 2021 - April 2021) allowing time to develop a range of contract delivery options along with associated costs.
The project will give SYPTE a full and robust understanding of its customer and cleaning service delivery outputs whilst ensuring that SYPTE meets their legal and operational obligations and requirements. It will also enable better forward planning of budgets via its own medium-term financial strategy, providing SYPTE with a new fully completed and costed contract specification on which to tender upon.
