Description

Rother District Council wishes to procure the services of a lead contractor to oversee the design and installation of a water feature to replace the existing feature which is no longer functioning.
The vision and required outcome for the project is a fully operational interactive water feature that neither fails nor uses any mains water over and above the design intention.
The site is located on Bexhill Promenade to the south of De La Warr Pavilion.
