Description
The Council is producing a new publication, the working title for which is 'Wirral Today'. This publication would be printed on newsprint style stock, in full colour, and be distributed across the borough on a monthly basis (12 editions per year).
The minimum page count would be 28pp and the tender should be based on this price. Binding options should be suggested by the bidding organisation. The ability to alter the page count is needed as the Council reserves the right to increase the page count for an individual edition, or series of editions.
The stock should be 52g uncoated newsprint stock, or similar, and be standard 'tabloid' size. A minimum of 175,000 copies will every month although the Council reserves the right to alter this number.
A printers proof should be provided to the Council.
Artwork would be supplied direct to the supplier with a required turnaround of not more than 72 hours for delivery of final product to addresses as determined by the related distribution contract for the publication. Tenderer to specify their preferred file format.
