Description
Worcester City Council is seeking a delivery partner for the operation of Worcester City's app-based bike share scheme. The Contract will operate with a single Supplier appointed to operate the bike share scheme in accordance with the Council's specification and contract. The funding model is envisaged to be 500,000 GBP capital funding and 100,000 GBP revenue funding from the Council at the start of the scheme. This is the maximum funding available to the scheme and submissions over this price will not be considered.

The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis ProContract portal to conduct this procurement exercise, see link below.
To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password, allowing them to gain access to the procurement documents. Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Worcester City Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
