Description

1. Increase the water pressure through the hose sufficient for wash down on all isolators. Include for specification, installation, commissioning, and demonstration to end user of pressurised water supply and equipment. OUtline spec:
a. Pressures and flows: to be calculated for the furthest Isolator from the pressurisation unit.
b. Pressure: Around 1.5 to 2 barg
c. Flow: Around 12-15 l/min
d. Check ratings of all existing pipe, hoses, filters, nozzles to which the new proposed pressurisation unit will be connected.
e. Specify system location and installation standards.
f. Please submit a proposal for approval, which covers the areas 1-5 above. We are willing to be guided and advised by you/ your designers/ your suppliers on typical specifications for this type of system. Our outline specification is for guidance only on the type of system we think we require.
2. HAZOP29 Agree with end user (FW & SW) and supply 8-off suitable stands with lockable casters for 10L Aspirators for drinking water supply.
3. Secure fixtures of heat lamps to enable easier reattachment to the ceiling hooks during isolator use.
4. Each Isolator must slope to drain to enable removal of waste water. Specify, agree with user, install a system to create the slope, procure and install on all isolators
5. Specify, agree with user and provide cleaning tools to be able to clean the inside top of isolator during wash down procedure.
6. Specify, agree with end user and provide 2-off drain hoses and couplings to connect to the bottom outlet of any isolator. Modify isolator drain outlets to suit coupling. The hoses must be long enough to reach from any isolator to the drain in the lobby.
7. Carry out site acceptance testing of isolator from B265 suite 'c'. Document No: E4502-D002-B50 as noted in Earlier BCP.
8. Review with Merrick measurement of isolator dP during site visit. (Merrick readings were approximately 15 pa different to that of the isolator.)
9. Replace HEPA's in Isolator 4 with old HEPA's for wash test. After test re-install the clean HEPA's and recommission
10. Update of B50's fumigation software and test. (Defect FOC)
11. Investigate with Merrick and propose resolution of Chiller break-downs.
12. HAZOP18 Specify and agree with users a quick coupling system and hoses for the Isolator supply and extract connections. Agree with users number and length of hoses and supply these. Modify all flexible extract vent ducts to have male connections. Modify all flexible supply vent ducts to have female connections. Modify connection couplings on isolators to suit. Supply 12 extract hoses and 12 supply hoses.
13. HAZOP21 update drawing to show differential pressure indication across bag filter downstream of attenuator.
14. HAZOP33 Provide P&IDs showing all instrumentation and control signals for isolators and AHU/exhaust systems. The concern is that the current diagrams do not show sufficient information.
15. Update all O&M's and provide electronic copy in approved DEFR
